1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Inadda platform (inadda.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Platform Use

You agree to use Inadda only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings
• Use the platform to harass, abuse, or discriminate against others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
• Scrape, copy, or republish content without permission
• Post jobs for illegal activities

3. Job Seekers

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register
• Information you provide in your profile must be accurate and truthful
• Inadda is not responsible for the outcome of any job application
• We do not guarantee employment through our Platform

4. Employers

• You must be an authorized representative of the company you register
• Job listings must be genuine and for real vacancies
• You must not collect fees from job seekers
• Inadda reserves the right to remove any listing that violates our policies
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy

5. Content Policy

All job listings are subject to review. Inadda reserves the right to remove listings that are fraudulent, discriminatory, or violate applicable Indian laws including the Equal Remuneration Act, 1976 and other labor laws.

6. Payment Terms

Employer subscription payments are processed via Razorpay. By purchasing a plan, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.

7. Intellectual Property

The Inadda name, logo, and all platform content are owned by Inadda. You may not use our branding without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Inadda provides a platform to connect employers and job seekers. We are not a recruiter or employment agency. We are not liable for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from interactions between employers and job seekers.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
